Can I board the CDG Express with a bulky item?

Yes, there is plenty of luggage space on board for your personal belongings.

Large lockers fitted with straps and belts are provided for bulky items such as bicycles, pushchairs and sports equipment. A train manager is on board every train and can help you stow your luggage when you board.

Can I buy a return ticket if I don’t know my return date?

Yes, the return must take place within 90 days at the latest.

A return ticket is valid for up to 90 days after the outward journey has been validated, for travel in the opposite direction.

Can I take my pet on the CDG Express?

Yes, pets travel free of charge and do not require a ticket.

In a container (bag or basket, maximum dimensions 45 x 30 x 25 cm, closed): placed on your lap or at your feet. On a lead: the animal must be muzzled and travel at your feet. Guide dogs and assistance dogs are permitted without restriction.

Can I buy a ticket on board the train?

No, you must purchase your ticket before boarding.

It is not possible to buy a ticket on board. Please ensure you have a valid ticket before proceeding to the ticket gates at stations.
