Our commitment to digital accessibility
For CDG Express, digital accessibility is a priority. We firmly believe that every user, regardless of their disability, should be able to access our online services without hindrance.
In accordance with the requirements of the General Framework for Improving Accessibility (RGAA), we are doing everything we can to make our website fully accessible.
Audit results
Although the RGAA compliance audit has not yet been carried out, we have already taken several steps to ensure the accessibility of our website. Here are the actions we are committed to undertaking in the coming months:
- An audit of compliance with the RGAA standard is currently being carried out by digital accessibility experts. This audit will enable us to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
- We will train our teams in best practices for digital accessibility so that they can incorporate these principles from the very start of the design and development of our services.
- We will publish a continuous improvement plan, known as the action plan for the current year, incorporating feedback from the audit and users, to ensure that our website remains accessible over time.
- Following the audit, we will publish an accessibility statement, which will be updated regularly to reflect our progress.
- We will implement an accessible feedback mechanism, enabling our users to report any difficulties they encounter on our website. A digital accessibility lead will be appointed to oversee this initiative.
