How long is my ticket valid for?
Once purchased, your ticket is valid for 24 months before use.
Regarding the purchase of a return ticket: the ticket is valid for 24 months prior to use, and the return journey must be made within 90 days of the outward journey being validated, travelling in the opposite direction.
Can I buy a ticket on board the train?
No, you must purchase your ticket before boarding.
It is not possible to buy a ticket on board. Please ensure you have a valid ticket before proceeding to the ticket gates at stations.
Which platform should I go to to catch the CDG Express?
Paris Gare de l'Est: between platforms 2, 3 and 4.
CDG 2 Station, Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport: between platforms 1X and 2X.
