Different talents, one project

Hello Paris, the operator of the CDG Express

Hello Paris is the new rail company set up to operate the CDG Express. The result of a partnership between Keolis and RATP Dev, it embodies a high standard of rail service: reliable, punctual, comfortable and fully integrated into passengers’ journeys. Its ambition? To provide a direct link between Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport, taking 20 minutes, with services every 15 minutes, from 5 am to midnight, seven days a week.

A unique project, a mission to serve, a future to build

Joining Hello Paris means being part of a first: a brand-new transport service in the heart of the capital, driven by high standards, commitment and elegance.

At Hello Paris, quality of service is at the heart of our mission. This is reflected not only in reliable and punctual trains, but also in the care we take with every passenger: a warm welcome, clear information and attentive support at every stage of the journey. It is this commitment to quality, lived out every day, that makes the difference and of which our teams can be proud.

It also means shaping your own career path within a company on a human scale, where relationships are direct, responsibilities are clear and high standards are shared.

Our travellers will remember everything. And you, above all.

High standards lead to excellence

At Hello Paris, high standards are what drive us and excellence is our promise. Every action, every interaction, every detail counts: from impeccable punctuality to a warm and elegant welcome, nothing is left to chance. For you, this guarantees an environment that values your professionalism and recognises your key role in the success of our service.

Career support

From day one, you’ll follow a structured, bespoke induction programme. Qualification courses (including a core 5-month programme for drivers), coaching and internal career progression, as well as pathways into roles within the SNCF and RATP groups: we help you build a solid career path.

Mindfulness in everyday life

At Hello Paris, we know that looking after our passengers starts with looking after our staff. Our trains run on the same timetable all day, every day, whether it’s a weekday or a weekend. This unique model in public transport allows us to offer a level of flexibility that is hard to find elsewhere: mornings, evenings, full days, weekdays or weekends…

A company on a human scale

At Hello Paris, we believe in the strength of organisations on a human scale. No unnecessary layers: you’ll be joining an agile and approachable organisation, where lines of communication are direct, decisions are made quickly and managers are close to the front line.

And in practical terms, how does it work?

Everything you need to know before applying

What does an administrative inquiry involve?

Pre-employment background checks are an essential security measure and are required by law in certain sectors. They are designed to ensure that a candidate does not pose any particular risks before taking up a post, particularly in the case of sensitive or high-risk roles.

It is carried out by the SNEAS (National Service for Administrative Security Investigations), which reports to the Home Office. It applies to certain roles requiring authorisation to access sensitive sites or to carry out sensitive duties or functions.

For the CDG Express, this applies to all roles requiring driver training and maintenance roles on rolling stock.

What do pre-employment tests involve?

The purpose of the pre-tests is to assess candidates’ abilities and aptitudes for working in a role related to railway safety or operations. They apply exclusively to candidates applying for the train driving training course.

These may include logic and attention tests, as well as practical scenarios related to the expected role. These tests help to assess motivation, responsiveness and the ability to adhere to the sector’s strict procedures, as well as to evaluate candidates’ learning ability. They are administered online and take approximately two hours.

What are the benefits of working on the CDG Express project?

Depending on the role, a range of benefits may be offered:

  • Meal vouchers to make your daily meals easier.
  • Supplementary health insurance for you and your family.
  • Bonuses linked to performance and working hours.
  • Ongoing training to support your career development.
